Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All Curtdi products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production and preparation. This time is already included in the total delivery estimates below and should not be added again.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated total time from order to delivery:
- Canada: 7–12 business days for Printful products, or 7–14 business days for BookVault books
- United States: 5–8 business days for Printful products, or 7–12 business days for BookVault books
- UK / Europe: 7–14 business days for Printful products, or 5–10 business days for BookVault books
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days for Printful products, or 10–18 business days for BookVault books
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days for Printful products, or 14–21 business days for BookVault books
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via standard carriers including Canada Post, USPS, and international postal services depending on your location.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
International Orders International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@curtdi.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
