Shipping Policy
Processing Time All Curtdi products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via standard carriers including Canada Post, USPS, and international postal services depending on your location.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
International Orders International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
