Where does Curtdi ship?
We ship worldwide! Curtdi products are fulfilled through Printful (for apparel, mugs, wall art, accessories, and puzzles) and BookVault (for print-on-demand books). Both ship internationally.
How long does production take?
Since all products are made on demand, production time is required before shipping:
- Printful products: 2–5 business days
- BookVault books: 3–5 business days
How long does shipping take?

Are products shipped separately?
Yes. If your order includes both Printful products and books, they will arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Who pays customs and duties?
For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in your order total.
How do returns work for print-on-demand products?
You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Some items are not returnable, including special-order or personalized products, sale items, gift cards, and other exceptions listed in our Refund Policy.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To start any return, contact us at support@curtdi.com before sending anything back.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, you can return the original item and place a separate purchase for the replacement.
Do EU customers have additional return rights?
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to the condition and proof-of-purchase requirements in our Refund Policy.
How are books shipped?
Books are fulfilled by BookVault, a print-on-demand book publisher based in the UK. This means UK and European customers often receive books faster. Books are shipped separately from other Curtdi products.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within a short window after purchase, before production begins. Please contact us immediately at support@curtdi.com if you need to cancel. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
