All Curtdi products are made on demand — meaning your order is produced after you place it. This ensures less waste and higher quality for every item.
Production Time
Before shipping, your order needs to be produced:
- Printful (apparel, mugs, wall art, accessories, puzzles): 2–5 business days
- BookVault (print-on-demand books): 3–5 business days

Note: BookVault ships from the UK, which is why UK and European delivery times are shorter for books.
Separate Shipments
If your order contains both Printful products and books, they will arrive in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
